St. James 2020 Summer Sensation Camp Information 

Registration for camp is required 


St. James Episcopal School Summer Day Camp will keep your child entertained with a variety of fun-filled activities and learning experiences. Starting June 10 through July 24, ages PreK -3 (fully potty-trained) through rising First Grade may attend. Students that do not attend St. James School may also participate. Camp space is limited due to CDC recommendations of smaller classes. Camp will run from 7:30 am until 2:30 pm with a half day option available from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. Check out our weekly camp schedule below and choose which weeks you would like your child to attend. Please know that some of the scheduled week's themes will be modified. Our camp will be led by a talented and nurturing summer staff.

Summer Day Camp Weekly Themes

Week 1   June 10 - 12   Passport to Adventure 

Get your passport ready and travel with us this week. Campers will learn, create, experiment and explore. Each day campers will virtually travel the world and learn about other countries as they explore other new cities, visit famous landmarks, and more!

Week 2   June 15 - 19   Mad Scientist   

Grab your goggles and lab coats! Join us for a crazy week of science experiments.

Week 3   June 22 - 26   Creative Arts   

Explore your artistic side. This camp focuses on creating art. 

Week 4 June 29 – July 1   Hooray for the USA   

Join us as we celebrate America’s birthday!

Week 5   July 6 – 10  Down by the Bay 

We will do some painting, bird watching, kite flying, watermelon eating and so much more!

Week 6   July 13 - 17   What’s in the Woods? 

Join us this week for a woodland adventure! We will learn about the forest ecosystem – what it is and the animals and plants that live there. 

Week 7   July 20 – July 24    Circus  

Campers will take on new exciting and challenging activities in this fun-filled week that combines circus and physical fitness.
