FAQ: 2026–2027 School Year
When does re-enrollment open?
Re-enrollment is now open and all required paperwork is available through Gradelink.
Where do I find the re-enrollment forms?
Log in to Gradelink using your family username and passcode.
Click the Re-Enroll tab on the left side of the Home Screen (above the Billing tab).
What documents do I need to submit?
All families must complete required forms in Gradelink.
The following documents should be emailed to office@stjamesfairhope.org:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Form
- Medical Form (30-month, PK3, PK4, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd)
- Affidavit (required for 30-month, PK3, and PK4 students)
Is there a re-enrollment fee?
Yes. Once all paperwork and required documents are received, your Gradelink account will be charged a $500 nonrefundable registration fee.
What is the tuition for the 2026–2027 school year?
- 30-Month Program: $9,800
- PK3 and PK4: $9,290
- Kindergarten: $9,290
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Grades: $9,480
- Aftercare: $2,800
What is the re-enrollment deadline?
All paperwork, documents, and payments must be completed by January 31st to guarantee your child’s spot.
After January 31st, students will be placed on the waitlist.
What does “grandfathered tuition” mean?
Families who complete re-enrollment by Friday, January 23rd will be locked into the current 2025–2026 tuition ratefor the 2026–2027 school year.
Who qualifies for grandfathered tuition?
Grandfathered tuition applies to:
- Students currently enrolled at St. James
- Siblings who are not currently enrolled but will attend in the 2026–2027 school year
➡️ All enrollment paperwork and requirements must be completed by January 23rd.
What is required to be officially re-enrolled at the grandfathered rate?
To qualify, all of the following must be completed:
- $500 nonrefundable registration fee paid
- Payment equal to one month’s tuition (nonrefundable)
- Your 2025–2026 account balance must be current as of January 10th
How do I enroll a child who is not currently attending St. James?
A separate email has been sent with a link to create a Gradelink account for new students. Once the account is created, you can complete all enrollment paperwork.
Is there a parishioner tuition discount?
Yes. Parishioners in good standing at St. James Episcopal Church may qualify for a tuition discount. Please refer to the parishioner definition provided in the re-enrollment email for details.
